A technological new business park is underway now at The Brick Yard, with more than 400,000 square feet of the Park’s total 700,000 square feet recently completed. Built in keeping with the tenets of Green Building Development, and with all buildings designed to be LEED Certified, the 65-acre Business Park will have minimal impact on the environment and maximum impact on local employment. The Park includes flex/industrial space, and corporate and regional headquarters buildings. It is estimated that the Business Park will employ more than 1,000 workers upon completion.
